Multi-award winning Elizabeth Naumovski is a tireless advocate for financial literacy and female empowerment.

A successful Bay Street executive for over 25 years, she has championed for women in different countries for many decades. Host of EMPOWERED with Elizabeth Naumovski (formerly Finance Is Personal), public speaker, emcee, and panelist, she is highly sought after for her passion, knowledge, engagement and compassion.

In 2025, Elizabeth was the recipient of The Wealth Professional 2025 Pier 4 Award for the Female Trailblazer of the Year.

In 2022, Elizabeth was a recipient of the noteworthy Queen's Platinum Jubilee award for her contribution to community.

She was the 2021 recipient of the Wealth Professional IFSE Institute Award for Financial Literacy Champion and was also the inaugural winner of the same award in 2019.

Elizabeth is a 2020 Mohawk Alumni of Distinction Award winner for Creative Arts & Design. Since winning the award, she created the Elizabeth Naumovski Alumni of Distinction Bursary. This yearly bursary is for a single mother (or female) enrolled in any STEM course at Mohawk College.

Elizabeth was a finalist for the 2020 Wealth Professional Mackenzie Investments Award for Female Trailblazer of the Year.
