She describes how a young woman needs to seek out the knowledge and experience of more experienced women. The secret sauce is being appreciative; welcome the guidance with gratitude. At the same time, the mentor should lead with storytelling, rather than direct instruction; Describe their process of learning to instruct the next generation.
